sakile acting studios
i was very humbled and fortunate to be chosen to participate in Sakile Acting Studio's Mental Health Workshop for Artists: Self, Empathy, Love & Fulfillment.
in the workshop, we explored self-compassion, community building and anxiety relief exercises from two therapists. i was chosen to be a part of the Q&A panel with a multitude of other amazing artists!
